Reporting a problem

Include the browser and device you use, the language selected, what you expected and what happened. For scanning issues, describe the lighting and cube color scheme. We do not need camera photos, passwords or personal information to investigate a general problem.

Before reporting a rejected cube

Check that every color appears nine times, that each face was entered in the indicated orientation, and that no piece has been twisted or reassembled incorrectly. Our cube guide explains the common cases.
